Shelley joined UK Infrastructure Bank in December 2022. She is a Director in the Banking and Investments team and the sector lead for waste and water, both priority sectors for UKIB.

Prior to UKIB, Shelley spent 14 years in the infrastructure team at Japanese Bank Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, originating and executing new project finance transactions.

She also held roles focusing on project finance at German Landesbank Helaba and at Abbey National Treasury Services (now Santander UK).
