Jo is the National Infrastructure Commission’s policy lead on waste infrastructure. She has worked at the NIC since early 2021, and prior to joining the environment team, worked on urban transport policy and infrastructure design. Jo studied spatial planning at the Bartlett School of Planning, and, before joining the NIC, worked as a strategy consultant for built environment clients in the public and private sectors.
